Data Deletion

Last updated: May 2026

1. Delete your Syncalio account data

You can request deletion of Syncalio account data by contacting us at info@syncalio.com. Include the email address connected to your Syncalio account. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or payment card details by email.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes operational product data such as booking setup, booking pages, identities, local calendar data, connected integration tokens and active sessions, subject to legal or security retention obligations.

2. Disconnect Google, Microsoft or Zoom

You can disconnect calendar or video integrations from the Syncalio dashboard. When an integration is disconnected, Syncalio disables the connection and removes stored OAuth tokens and sync material that are no longer needed to provide the service.

  • Google: Google Calendar/Gmail access is removed for the disconnected account.
  • Microsoft: Outlook/Microsoft 365 calendar and email access is removed for the disconnected account.
  • Zoom: Zoom OAuth tokens are removed for automatic meeting creation where Zoom was connected.

3. What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required or permitted for invoices, accounting, tax obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution or legal claims.
