Overview
This page lists the main third-party providers Syncalio uses to operate the service. Syncalio shares personal data with these providers only where needed to deliver hosting, database, calendar, email and video meeting functionality.

PostgreSQL database provider
Purpose: Database infrastructure
Data involved: Account, booking, calendar connection and product data stored in the Syncalio database
Google APIs
Purpose: Google sign-in, Google Calendar and Gmail sending when connected by the user
Data involved: Google account profile, calendar availability/events and booking-related email send data
Microsoft
Purpose: Microsoft sign-in, Outlook/Microsoft 365 Calendar and email sending when connected by the user
Data involved: Microsoft account profile, calendar availability/events and booking-related email send data
Zoom
Purpose: Automatic Zoom meeting creation when selected by the user
Data involved: Zoom account profile data, meeting creation data and OAuth tokens while connected
Potential future providers
Syncalio code may support additional infrastructure or payment services in the future. They should be added to this list only once they are actually configured for production use or otherwise confirmed as part of the live service.
