Connect Zoom to Syncalio

1. Log in to Syncalio.
2. Open Calendar Settings.
3. Choose the Zoom connection option and authorize Syncalio in Zoom.
4. Create or edit a booking page and use Zoom as the meeting location when available.
5. When a client books a Zoom-enabled appointment, Syncalio creates the meeting link and stores it on the appointment.
6. Use the Join button from Syncalio appointment views or confirmation emails to open the meeting link.

Use Zoom meeting links

After Zoom is connected, Syncalio can create a meeting link when a client confirms an appointment for a Zoom-enabled booking page. Hosts and guests access the link through confirmation emails and the Join action in Syncalio.

Disconnect Zoom

1. Log in to Syncalio.
2. Open Calendar Settings.
3. Disconnect Zoom or remove the saved Zoom meeting link configuration.
4. You can also remove Syncalio from your Zoom account from the Zoom App Marketplace or Zoom account settings.
